Jakarta - In connection with the launch of the PIKIR Values which are intended for all work units within the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta environment. Deputy Chancellor II held a "Socialization of PIKIR Work Values and Culture" at the UPNVJ Unity in Diversity Auditorium, Friday 2 February 2018.

The socialization program began with remarks by the Deputy Chancellor for Finance and General Affairs, Dr. Erna Hernawati, Ak, CPMA, CA. In his remarks he said " The launching of this Values is one of a series of Kemenristekdikti Bureaucratic Reform programs. The main objective of holding this socialization is to equalize perceptions about PIKIR's values and work culture in all work units at UPNVJ, " he said.

The event continued with the presentation of material related to the meaning of PIKIR's Values and Work Culture which was delivered directly by the Deputy Chancellor II for Finance and General Affairs to all UPNVJ academics who were present at this socialization.

In addition to delivering the material, the Vice Chancellor II also delivered the Basic Program which will be implemented based on PIKIR's Values and Work Culture, namely emphasizing on Professional and Responsive aspects by holding the Morning and Evening Coordination Program which has been running at UPNVJ as well as the One Week One POB Program (Operational Procedures) Baku) which is still in progress. Furthermore, the emphasis is on the Innovation aspect by holding an Innovation Contest for Excellence and Innovation services as one of the 2018 SKP which is still in progress. The next emphasis is on the aspects of integrity and struggle with the formation of agents of change within UPNVJ. After the presentation of the material and work program the socialization program ended with a question and answer session between the participants and the speaker.
