HumasUPNVJ - UPN "Veteran" Jakarta together with viva.co.id held a talk show Goes to Campus at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium on Tuesday (30/04/19).

The talk show with the theme "Millennials Deflect Hoaxes with Pertamina" was attended by Reno Fri Daryanto Managing Editor of Energia Pertamina and AKP Ganawati Candra Dini, SH, Sik Head of Administrative Affairs for the Digital Information Dissemination Section of the Multimedia Bureau and Ezra Novelyn Instructor of Hoax Busting Viva.co.id as speaker.

This talk show activity was attended by all student representatives from each Faculty of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta with a total of 400 participants. In this case Prasetyo Hadi Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance conveyed the importance of education about hoaxes because currently in the digitalization 4.0 era it is very easy for us to receive news and information from anywhere, and our understanding to distinguish between hoax and true information is needed.

"In the era of digitalization 4.0 or the era of millennials, it is very important to have information about hoaxes. Now is the digital age and all information, whether news or any information, is very easy for us to get, some of the news or information is not necessarily true, that's why this talk show is very important for us, because until now we still often get hoax news, so how can we tell the difference? In this talk show, we will discuss more deeply with experts in their field," he said while giving his speech.

This activity is packaged as attractively as possible with a series of competitions provided starting from the Host Hunter Contest (read the news) where the winners will appear on the viva.co.id channel and the Photo Booth Contest where the winners will be announced and receive prizes directly from viva.co.id. Not only that, this event also opened a JobFair booth for participants to submit their job applications or internships directly to the Bakrie Group, namely TvOne, ANTV and Viva.co.id.
