UPNVJ Students Get Business Capital Worth 15 Million from the Indonesian Ministry of Youth and Sport

HumasUPNVJ - In an effort to improve the quality of youth entrepreneurship development program services, the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KEMENPORA) through the Assistant Deputy for Entrepreneurship at the Deputy for Youth Development organized the NSPK for Youth Entrepreneurship Development. The event was held at Swiss Bell Hotel North Jakarta, Wednesday 23 October 2019.

The activity consisted of various series of events and in it there was an announcement and symbolic handover of participants receiving Kemenpora Capital Access. Previously, on August 26 2019, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, represented by Asrorun Niam Sholeh as the Deputy for Youth Development of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, attended UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) to give a public lecture and as the beginning of collaboration that UPNVJ students could participate in the Ministry of Youth and Sport's access to capital program.

After going through several rigorous selections by the Ministry of Youth and Sports with participants from 22 universities throughout Jabodetabek, through this event the Ministry of Youth and Sports announced that 113 students had passed the selection among the 5 UPNVJ students who had passed the selection and were entitled to receive venture capital from the Ministry of Youth and Sports Capital Access program in the form of cash worth 15 million rupiah.

The following are 5 students who have successfully passed the Kemenpora Access to Capital program:

  1. Endang Dwi Suhartiningsih Bachelor of Nursing with the business Maleeha Homecare - Maleeha Homecare is a business engaged in massage services specifically for women, mothers and children who can be called home. The services provided by Maleeha Homecare include Body Massage, Body Scrub, Face Acupressure, Pregnancy Massage, Postpartum Massage, Breastfeeding Mother Massage, Baby Massage and Child Massage.
  2. Gilang Jelita Santini S1 Accounting with Onnea - Onnea business is a business engaged in contemporary food and beverages with a blend of Indonesian flavors
  3. Evan Filbert S1 Industrial Engineering with Lovin Food business – Lovin Food is a business that provides Indonesian snacks & meals. Lovin food has 3 types of snacks, namely raisa (Cute Rengginang Assorted Flavors), krinting (crispy cassava chips), and mardaz (spicy macaroni). In addition, Lovin Food also provides rice box packages for various events.
  4. Melva Asionna S1 Industrial Engineering with Organic Powder Face Mask business (Wunique Masks) - is a business engaged in health and beauty. Wunik masks are made from natural ingredients, namely rice and dried fruits.
  5. Nadiya Rahmah Qurnaini S1 Nutrition Science - LEPIMORA - LEPIMORA is a traditional food product for sale bananas with taste modifications and contemporary packaging. Consists of 5 flavors, namely reality (original), love (red velvet), peace (greentea), darkness (chocolate), honesty (cheese).

Gratitude and happiness emanated from the students who passed the selection in the Kemenporan Access to Capital program. Highest appreciation for UPNVJ students who have passed this selection. We hope that the awards that have been won can improve the quality of business and motivate the younger generation to create creative and innovative businesses.
