HumasUPNVJ - UPN Veteran Jakarta held the second day of Student Assistance Development Training which took place at the Mercure Hotel Jakarta, Tuesday 25/02/20.

The activity was immediately opened by the presentation of material from two speakers who were present, namely Benny Herwanto and Budi Utomo Kukuh Widodo regarding the equalization of perceptions, non-technical work standards and work styles as well as discussions to identify student problems.

"This activity must be held regularly because the fathers and mothers of UKM supervisors who are participants here will later guide student activities. So that they are able to become guides and coaches who have qualified talent in managing an organization/activity and the most important thing is to be able to equalize perceptions between coaches and students. Benny Herwanto explained when interviewed with the UPNVJ public relations team

"Perception is a psychology that occurs in a person when initiating various things encountered in everyday life. And we need to know, there are several ways to equalize perceptions, including that we must postpone drawing conclusions, collect as much information as possible, try to check and re-check, reality, and be able to enrich our knowledge treasury. he continued
