FK UPNVJ Visited by Member of DPR Commission X Gerindra Faction, Himmatul Aliyah

HumasUPNVJ - It is not certain when the Covid-19 pandemic or Corona outbreak will end, more and more patients are exposed to this virus day by day. Medical personnel are the final foundation for all of us. Even so, the enthusiasm to continue to have hope so that it can return to normal as usual is everyone's hope. We can only help with prayer and one of them is assistance and support to the medical team (health workers). It's the same with the UPN Veterans Jakarta Faculty of Medicine, which has received a lot of support from various parties to distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to several UPNVJ FK Teaching Hospitals. Previously, the UPNVJ FK received PPE assistance and PCR reagents through the Ministry of Education and Culture and so far the PPE assistance has been distributed to Pasar Minggu Hospital and Friendship Hospital.

Apart from the Ministry of Education and Culture, UPNVJ FK also received support from a member of the Commission X DPR from the Gerindra faction, Himmatul Aliyah. He made a visit to the UPNVJ FK with the intention of handing over assistance to health workers in the form of PCR reagents. During his visit, Himmatul Aliyah was well received by the Dean of the UPNVJ FK, Dr, dr. Prijo Sidipratomo and his staff. (15/06)

On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine also introduced UPN Veteran Jakarta to Mrs. Himmatul Aliyah, "This UPN Faculty of Medicine has been around since 1993 with a position which is currently accredited B". said dr. Prijo

The FK Dean also conveyed the vision and mission of the UPN Veterans Jakarta Faculty of Medicine and also the seriousness of the UPN Veterans Jakarta Faculty of Medicine in facing accreditation which will be held in mid-2021.

In addition, dr. Prijo conveyed how the learning system at FK UPNVJ was, especially in the face of the Covid-19 outbreak. "Currently, the teaching and learning process uses a Distance Learning (PJJ) system, both the Medical undergraduate study program, the Pharmacy study program and the Doctor Profession study program. However, learning that requires skills such as lab skills and Lab Activity students are advised to enter. If FK students are advised to enter for learning that requires skills, students are required to take rapid tests regularly or every 10 days.” Obviously

This introduction was welcomed by Mrs. Himmatul Aliyah, she explained that UPNVJ is one of the universities recommended by many parties to be entrusted with receiving this covid 19 assistance, besides that she is also ready to provide support for the smooth running of UPNVJ Faculty of Medicine in facing accreditation and ready to support the vision and mission of FK UPNVJ in the long run.

The visit ended with the signing of the handover of the Covid 19 assistance by Ms. Himmatul Aliyah with the Dean of the UPNVJ FK.
