HumasUPNVJ - Phase I of the Computer Based Writing Examination (UTBK) has been going on for three days starting from Sunday, July 5 2020. Many parents took their children to the test location to provide encouragement and support. UPN Veteran Jakarta has appealed to parents or escorts to work together with the campus to prevent the spread of Covid 19 by not entering the test location, and it has been distributed through all UPNVJ social networks.(7/7/20)
One of the parents of the UTBK participants agreed to be interviewed by the UPNVJ Public Relations Team regarding their baby's test preparation and their responses regarding the services available at UPNVJ, "Of course we as parents really support our child's success in participating in this UTBK. There is a feeling of wondering whether our child will be accepted at the campus of his choice or not, but whatever the outcome will be, the important thing is that we as parents have provided support and facilities to attend tutoring beforehand. In addition, we encourage our children to continue studying at home by looking at information or examples of questions that are already widely available on the internet. In response to the existing overall services, we honestly salute UPNVJ, because as one of the UTBK centers in Jakarta it has complied with the Covid-19 protocol in accordance with government directives. From the start, we were told by the security officers and the committee not to take our child to the exam site. In our opinion, this is a good thing, because we don't want this campus to become a new cluster for the spread of the virus. We see that UPNVJ also provides a special queue line for temperature measurements, a hand washing area and is accompanied by health workers and sufficient security officers to make it easier for UTBK participants. We hope that the children will finish their exams smoothly and also stay healthy.” he said
