Improving the Quality of Teaching and Learning, UPNVJ Holds Lecturer and Student Competency Tests

HumasUPNVJ - In order to improve the quality of lecturers and students to become superior human resources in the field of Non-Fiction Book Writers and Editors, UPN Veteran Jakarta is holding a Competency Test for lecturers, journal managers and also communication students which will be held on Saturday, 26 September 2020

The activity took place from 09.00 WIB to 17.00 WIB which was located in the Faculty of Economics and Business Sibuni 1 Lab, Sibuni 2 Lab and the IDX Meeting Room UPN Veteran Jakarta.

In administering this competency test, UPNVJ collaborates with the Professional Certification Institute (LSP) for Professional Editor Writers (PEP) to conduct Certification competency tests including:

- non-fiction book writing scheme (lecturers & students),

- Manuscript Editor scheme (Lecturer & Journal Manager),

- Substantive Editor (Lecturer) scheme.

This exam was attended by 29 participants, both lecturers and students. Prior to the exam, the participants were given a briefing by the head of LSP which took place at the Sibuni 2 Lab, Faculty of Economics and Business and continued with a group photo with the Chair of LSP, Assessors, LSP Management and assessors.

Technically, the competency test is divided into 2 stages which are carried out in the morning at 09.00 WIB - 12.30 WIB and Afternoon Session at 13.00 WIB - 16.30 WIB during the implementation the committee does not forget to continue to implement the health protocol.

With the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that all competency test participants will succeed in obtaining certification and gaining useful knowledge for both UPN Veteran Jakarta and the wider community.
