HumasUPNVJ - Center for Strategic Studies (Puskas) Baznas RI together with the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN Veterans Jakarta and the Faculty of Economics and Business UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a 2020 Zakat Public Expose. This activity was held on Monday, December 28, 2020 via Virtual Zoom. The event, which was also broadcast live via YouTube and Baznas TV, was attended by the directors and commissioners of BAZNAS RI, Bank Indonesia, the National Sharia Economy and Finance Committee (KNEKS).

The agenda for the 2020 Zakat Public Expose focuses on discussing zakat research and the development of zakat management in Indonesia. The experts who were invited as speakers included Deputy Head of BAZNAS, Dr. Zaunulbahar Noor, M.Ec., Member of Baznas Drs. Irsyadul Halim, Prof. KH. Ahmad Satori Ismail, drh. Emmy Hamidiyah, M.Si., Ir. Nana Mintarti, MP, Main Director of Baznas Arifin Purwakananta, Director of Baznas, Wahyu Tantular Tunggal Kuncahyo, Director of Puskas Baznas M. Hazbi Zaenal, PhD., Director of KNEKS Dr. Ahmad Juwaini, Deputy Director of DEKS Bank Indonesia Muhamad Irfan Sukarna, Dean of FEB UPN Veteran Jakarta Dr. Dianwicaksih Arieftiara, SE.Ak., M.Ak., CA., CSRS., and Dr. Arief Mufraini, M.Sc. FEB lecturer at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

The 2020 Zakat Public Expose also saw the signing of a collaboration between Puskas BAZNAS RI and FEB UPN Veterans Jakarta and FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The signing of this collaboration was carried out by the Director of Puskas BAZNAS RI, M. Hasbi Zaenal, PhD, Dean of FEB UPN Veteran Jakarta, Dr. Dianwicaksih Arieftiara, SE.Ak., M.Ak., CA., CSRS., and Dean of FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Amen. The cooperation established between these 3 institutions includes cooperation in the development of zakat research and community service activities. Later, FEB UPN Veteran Jakarta will collaborate with Puskas BAZNAS RI and FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in carrying out research and community service activities.
