Irpan Ripa'i Sutowo, Editor of JEP revealed, JEP will continue to improve the quality of publications in accordance with generally accepted publication rules, "For the issue of issue VI, God willing, the publication process is in accordance with publication standards at OJS," he said.

Joining the team, Irpan was assisted by 4 (four) other colleagues including Uljanatunnisa as editor, Vina Mahdalena as graphic designer, Saiful Anwar as layouter and Ahmad Waldyazkia as secretariat.

JEP itself is a forum for academics, students and experts to publish the results of scientific writing in the field of communication science. The scope of this journal includes communication theory, public relations, journalism, advertising, studies, media, intercultural communication, and development communication.

Since its initial publication in 2018, JEP has consistently published journals in January and July with the aim of facilitating and improving the quality of the author's articles on a regular basis. In addition, JEP does not limit writers from academics only, but can be from the general public, researchers, or practitioners in the field of communication science with the condition that writers can follow the rules and publication mechanisms at JEP.

The journal publication process itself takes about 2-3 months from the time the article is submitted. This is because the JEP Team must conduct a detailed review of each article submitted so that it conforms to JEP publishing standards. "(Writing) Fulfills the focus and scope of JEP (communication science) and follows the standard publishing process (submit-review-editing-publish)" explained Irpan.

Even though objectivity in the process of publishing articles from internal and external sources is a challenge in itself for Irpan and the JEP Team, the Journal of Expression and Persepsi Edition VI was able to be published on time thanks to the team's hard work and dedication as proof of the Three Pillars of Higher Education from the team. JEP is a journal with an open journal system (OJS), so it can be accessed on all internet networks.
