At the beginning of his presentation, Anter Venus said that currently in cyberspace what is more dangerous is content uploaded by people, which can affect people's views on things, including views on their country. Anter Venus also explained several examples of harassment in cyberspace carried out by other nations against the Indonesian people and also what happened in Indonesia by its own citizens.

"When there is no state ideology, then we are also fragile. In cyberspace, as we all know, there are people who insult Pancasila and lastly also abuse our national anthem. And there is still a lot of harassment, disformatization and propaganda that threatens the honor and integrity of the nation and state."

In this webinar, Anter Venus also said that citizens are also representatives in cyberspace . "The examples of these abuses show that the state is present not only in the real world but also in cyberspace. Residents are like that too. Citizens in cyberspace are also representations in the real world. Information obtained in cyberspace also affects the real world, so perceptions also affect them. Furthermore, by Anter Venus, "Citizens must be present in cyberspace to provide information that strengthens the state."

The second Webinar Series was closed with a question and answer session between the webinar participants and the webinar speaker and also taking a group photo.
