Employee Performance Targets, hereinafter abbreviated as SKP, are performance plans and targets to be achieved by civil servants which must be achieved every year.

This e-SKP socialization certainly provides additional knowledge and a better understanding of how a good and correct employee (PNS) fills in the daily log, quantity, output , and information contained in the e-SKP. In addition, employees also know the origin or source of data poured into e-SKP, employee formation, workload analysis, supporting materials or documents, and so on regarding the organization in general and staffing in particular.
