HumasUPNVJ - UPN Veteran Jakarta again held the signing of the Performance Agreement for the Chairperson of the Institution, Chair of the Internal Oversight Unit, Head of KEPK, Head of KUI, Head of UPT and Head of Bureau for 2021 in the Auditorium of Tanah Airku, on Friday (05/03/21).

Technically, the event this time was carried out offline and online, offline for those who did the signing and online for other academics. This is done to reduce the number of participants in one room and maintain health protocols.

The activity was opened with a report submitted by the Head of the Bureau for Academic, Student Affairs, Planning and Cooperation, in his report he submitted the number of activity targets and performance indicators for 2021 for each subsatker.

In addition, in his direction the Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta conveyed performance indicators that refer to UPNVJ's vision. He also explained the follow-up plan for the 2021 performance agreement.

"The plan is to follow up on the 2021 performance agreement by reducing the performance agreement to the smallest unit, setting achievement strategies and policies, setting achievement targets, conducting intense monitoring and evaluation as well as implementing rewards and punishments in an objective and consistent manner," explained the Chancellor.

After signing this performance agreement, it is hoped that the heads of the sub-satkers within UPNVJ can direct and evaluate their staff so that they are able to achieve performance achievements in the following year.
