Announced to prospective registrants for the undergraduate program through the UPN Veteran Jakarta Independent Selection (SEMA UPNVJ) in 2021 regarding the acceptance of new undergraduate program students on the UPNVJ SEMA route, including:

1. UPNVJ SEMA S-1 Entrance Path consists of:
   1. The Academic Path uses the UTBK Score and does not pass the 2021 SBMPTN as the UPNVJ S-1 SEMA Graduation criteria.
   2. Achievement Track which uses a combination of passing criteria for academic pathways with Academic/Non-academic Achievements. (Achievements in science, sports and arts Olympiads ranking 1-3 at Provincial, National and International levels for the last 3 years, Hafiz Al-Quran Minimum 20 Juz, Student Council Chair for at least one period and Youtube Content Creator at least 10,000 subscribers). For Youtube Content Creators and Hafiz Al-Quran, skills tests will be carried out according to the specified schedule.
2. UPNVJ Undergraduate SEMA Selection Provisions:
   1. UPNVJ SEMA S-1 registrants come from UTBK - SBMPTN participants in 2021
   2. Applicants who do not choose a study program at UPN Veteran Jakarta in the 2021 SBMPTN can take part in the UPNVJ S-1 SEMA in 2021.
   3. Applicants can choose the same or different study program from the 2021 SBMPTN options with the following conditions:
      1. Registrants who take part in the 2021 SBMPTN in the scientific examination group. can only choose scientific study program groups (Mechanical Engineering, Shipping Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, and Nutrition)
      2. Registrants who take part in the 2021 SBMPTN in the soshum exam group. can only choose a group of soshum study programs (Management, Accounting, International Relations, Communication Studies, Law, Development Economics, Sharia Economics and Political Science)
      3. Registrants who take part in the 2021 SBMPTN in the mixed examination group can choose all study programs.
   4. Applicants can only choose 2 (two) study programs.
   5. The UPNVJ SEMA S-1 registration fee is Rp   Rp. 275,000.- (two hundred and seventy five thousand rupiah).   Payments can be made at BNI via (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking). 3. Registration Schedule for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ:
   Registration for the UPNVJ S-1 SEMA pathway in 2021 begins   Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 11.00 WIB - Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 23.59 WIB , carried out online through the website for registration for new student admissions UPN Veteran Jakarta Undergraduate Program (S-1):   https://penregistran.upnvj.ac.id/
4. UPNVJ SEMA Undergraduate Registration Procedures:
   1. Registrants enter their full name, place of birth, date of birth, UTBK - SBMPTN participant number in 2021, NISN, NPSN, cellphone number and email to get a Form Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Make sure to use an active email
   2. Registrants will be asked to confirm the UTBK - SBMPTN data, if appropriate, they can proceed to the next step by clicking the Save button. If it doesn't match, the applicant is asked to re-check the UTBK – SBMPTN registration data.
   3. Registrants will be provided with Form Number and PIN information, in addition to being sent via email, registrants are expected to record and save the Form Number and PIN.
   4. Registrants make payments through BNI to activate the PIN. Payment instructions can be seen in   https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pempayan
   5. After making a payment, the Form Number and PIN can be used to log in and continue with the following steps:
      1. Upload a passport photo
      2. Fill in personal data (Biodata and data of parents/guardians)
      3. Fill in the school data
      4. Choose study program options 1 and 2
      5. Choosing the selection path (Academic or Achievement)
      6. Upload selection documents (for achievement paths)
      7. Filling the capacity of Institutional Development Contribution (SPI)
      8. Download, print, fill out and upload a statement of willingness to pay for the Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) and Single Tuition Fee (UKT)
      9. Check the data that has been filled in, if it is appropriate click Finalize. If you click Finalize then the data will be locked, cannot be edited. Make sure your data is correct.
      10. Print Participant Cards (SEMA Participant Number S-1 UPNVJ)
5. UPNVJ S-1 Undergraduate Education Costs:

   2. For UPNVJ Undergraduate SEMA student candidates who do not make payments according to a predetermined schedule, they are declared to have resigned.
7. If the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Quota is not fulfilled because there are prospective students who have resigned, then it will be filled by prospective students who are declared to have passed the Reserve.

Announced through the UPN Veteran Jakarta New Student Admission Registration website at   https://penregistran.upnvj.ac.id/   by first logging in using the Form Number and PIN.
10. KIP-K Determination Announcement:
    For KIP-K participants who pass SEMA S-1 UPNVJ, economic data verification will be carried out through documents (telephone interview) and/or visits to the participants' residential addresses and the determination of KIP-K Recipients will be announced on   Monday, July 5 2021 At 16.00 WIB . For those who are not designated KIP-K recipients, payment of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institution Development Contribution (SPI) on the day   Thursday 1 July 2021 16.00 WIB - Wednesday 7 July 2021 15.00 WIB .
11. Re-registration of SEMA S-1 UPNVJ:
    For prospective new students who have made UKT and SPI payments or have been designated KIP-K recipients, they can immediately re-register online starting   Thursday, 1 July 2021 16.00 WIB - Wednesday, 7 July 2021 23.59 WIB   through the website   regmaba.upnvj.ac.id   by logging in first using the participant number and date of birth.
