The Pagoda Women's Farmers Group listening to training from the FEB UPNVJ lecturer service team
HumasUPNVJ - The Covid-19 pandemic and the implementation of PPKM (Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities in Indonesia) until mid-2021 did not dampen the enthusiasm of the UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) lecturer team to return to Cigundi Village, Mekaragung Village, in Lebak, Banten to continue the community service activities for the Pagoda Women Farmers Group (KWP), last Sunday (27/06/21).
Even though it had to be carried out online, this continuous training was still carried out with a total of 25 participants. The UPNVJ lecturer service team itself consists of Dr. Miguna Astuti, S.Sc., MM., MOS., CPM as chairman who collaborated with Tati Handayani., SE., MM and Nurhafifah Matondang., S.Kom., MM., M.Ti. as a member.

With relatively low economic conditions and the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic, the lecturer team is demanding that the team of lecturers try harder to provide their services to the community as much as possible, with the aim of KWP being able to improve product quality, design, marketing and services by utilizing technology, information and internet networks.
"The main obstacle is that many members still don't have cell phones, some do but don't have smartphones, the internet network there is also very unstable, every training or mentoring, the team has to bring several modems to pull the network, then the condition of the road to Kampung Cigundi where KWP operates is very bad. feasible so we have to really try hard to get to the location, they also do online training in groups using one who has a smartphone, ”explained Dr. Miguna Astuti.
Through this service activity, it is hoped that KWP will be able to differentiate its products by utilizing technology so that it will further increase its business income.
