UPNVJ Chancellor Announces Provisions for Changes to Odd Semester UKT for Academic Year 2021/2022

Wednesday, July 21, 2021 The Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta (UPNVJ) announced the Category of Change to the UKT Group, 50% UKT Reduction, and Postponement/Installation of UKT for Odd Semester Academic Year 2021/2022 UPN Veterans Jakarta through circular letter number 49/UN61.0/PG/ 202.

In the announcement it was written several provisions for changing UKT for all active UPN Veterans Jakarta students, along with the provisions:

A. CATEGORY CHANGE PROVISIONS

1. UKT Group Change Category

Only 1 (one) reduction in UKT is given during college unless the parent/guardian responsible for the costs experiences an extraordinary economic downturn caused by: a. Die;
b. Termination of Employment (PHK).

Condition :

  1. Scan of Statement of Not Receiving Scholarships/Other Education Cost Assistance from APBN/APBD and private sources;
  2. Scan of the original of the Salary Slip of the Parent/Guardian/Insurer/Certificate of Income from the Kelurahan;
  3. Scan of certificate of house rent/contract from house owner known by RT and RW, attached with proof of house rent/contract*;
  4. Scan of the latest owned Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) *;
  5. Latest Scan of Land Building Tax (PBB) Proof *;
  6. Scan of PDAM receipt slip for the last payment;
  7. Scan of the last Electricity Payment Proof;
  8. Front view of the house, side view, living room, kitchen, family photo;
  9. Scan of Parent's Death Certificate from Kelurahan/Village Head/Hospital*;
  10. Scan of Certificate of Termination of Employment from the agency concerned

/Scan of a statement from the local Kelurahan/Village Head that the person

parent/guardian not working*;

  1. Original scan of Certificate of Disadvantage (SKTM) approved by the Head

Local Village/Village Head*;

  1. Original scan of Parent's KTP.

Note: * (Compulsory for students who meet these conditions)

2. 50% UKT Reduction Category

Given to students who take the remaining ≤ 6 (six) credits and have passed the normal time limit, semester 9 (nine) or more for S1 programs and semester 7 (seven) or more for D3 programs. UKT reduction in this category is processed automatically through the system.

3. Postponement/Installment Category

Given to students by submitting UKT installments within a certain period of time, the installments are adjusted to the student's economic ability. The UKT Postponement/Instalment Category is processed automatically through the system.
