"Hopefully it can be a guideline for other sections with a fairly good initial planning. Don't forget to remain consistent in its implementation, evaluate it periodically so that there is plenty of time to improve," said Erna.
"The MBKM target is in KPI, don't forget that the target we have to achieve is also switching to Public Service Agency (BLU) status where the IKU achievement is 30%. This really needs a lot of discussion with sources. If we already understand the formula, it can be predicted from 2022 later, "he said.
Erna also hopes that all teams can understand the correct formula to achieve the MBKM target of 30%. “Target achievement must be planned so that everything can be controlled properly. I also hope that in accordance with the curriculum, students in semesters 5 and 6 must be distributed to carry out the MBKM program," he added.
On the occasion, Didi Rustam held a discussion on the MBKM policy and discussed some of the obstacles faced by UPNVJ in carrying out the MBKM program.
"The independent campus has a philosophy like swimming in the high seas, so we have to prepare the students to be ready before they dive into the high seas.
This is related to higher education goals which have noble goals that have been prepared in the regulations so that our students are ready after they graduate not only from a diploma but also from competence and recognition such as certificates for various things they do, "explained Didi.
Didi also discussed campus management based on student needs which adjusted the available MBKM program "I believe UPNVJ must have identified what kind of preparation model for an independent campus has been implemented in accordance with the report submitted" he explained.
