HumasUPNVJ – Wednesday, January 19 2022 UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) fulfilled the invitation to a meeting from the House of Representatives which took place at the 5th Floor of the DPR RI Secretariat General Building in order to sign the deed of establishment of the Association of Goods and Services Procurement Mitigation Experts.

This association was established to follow up on the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding regarding cooperation in the field of risk management and efforts to prevent problems in the procurement of goods and services which was held on November 10, 2021 between UPN Veteran Jakarta and DPR RI.

Principal Inspectorate of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI, Drs. Setyanta Nugraha , MM, QGIA., warmly welcomed and thanked the participants for attending the agenda for signing the deed of establishment of this association. This meeting is intended to carry out the legality of an association consisting of parties who are members of Penta Helix whose activities and activities have actually been carried out.

Setyanta hopes that the Association formed can have a positive impact on the country, especially in the field of mitigating the procurement of goods and services. "I hope that this association will become an association that will become big in the future and contribute thoughts and also in its activities can produce human resources through Certified Mitigation in Procurement (CMiP) training so that we can contribute to the birth of human resources with high integrity who are also professional and have loyalty and dedication to the country for the sake of advancing the country.” Setyanta said in his speech.

UPN Veteran Jakarta's participation as part of the Goods and Services Procurement Mitigation Expert Association is to prevent corruption in the procurement of goods and services.

Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. Jubaedah, SE., MM., explained that UPN Veteran Jakarta plans to focus on the Ministry of Religion. Jubaedah said that judging from its image, the Ministry of Religion is thick with trustworthiness and religion, but it is undeniable that corruption practices still occur by officials, especially in the field of procurement of goods and services. "Therefore, we want to prevent corrupt practices, one form of which is to carry out Certified Mitigation in Procurement (CMiP)." Obviously Jubaedah.

Apart from Setyanta Nugraha and Jubaedah, the deed signing event was also attended by Associate Auditor Expert , Piping Efrianto, CFRa., UPNVJ Deputy Chancellor for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. dr. Ria Maria Theresa, SpKJ., MH, representative from Pertamina University, Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya, PT. Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung, Neraca Daily, LPK CMiP, as well as representatives from the Ruwin Diara SH Notary Office. The representatives who were present then signed the deed of establishment of the Association of Goods and Services Procurement Mitigation Experts assisted by a notary. (sf)
