HumasUPNVJ - The Supervisory Board (Dewas) of the UPNVJ Public Service Agency (BLU) held an online coordination meeting via a zoom meeting platform on Saturday, 12/02/2022. This agenda was attended by the Chairman of the UPNVJ BLU Council, Prof. Tjitjik Sri Tjahjandarie Plt. Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education, and member of the Advisory Council Prof. Jamal Wiwoho, Chancellor of Eleventh March University, Surakarta and Ir. Iyan Rubiyanto from the Ministry of Finance, as well as the Chancellor of UPNVJ and his staff.

The agenda discussed was the drafting of the Dewas administrative script, the second semester of the Dewas report and the chapter of conduct as well as the Dewas SOP. This is an administrative part contained in the BLU Management Guidelines contained in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Finance Regulation Number 129/PMK.05/2020.

On this occasion the Chancellor of UPNVJ expressed his gratitude to the Dewas who had taken the time for the activity.

Related to this, to support the smooth running and activities of the Dewas, the Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance will prepare the infrastructure for the Dewas at UPNVJ, namely in the form of a secretarial room.

In the future, the Dewas will hold regular meetings both online and offline. "Because of the Covid situation we are holding monthly meetings offline and next week I will visit the UPN campus," said the head of the UPNVJ BLU Board of Trustees.

In addition, the Dewas asked the campus to submit policies and decision making that had risks. Such as the use of initial balances and investment development plans or the opening of new study programs.

As a follow-up, the chairman of the UPNVJ BLU Board of Trustees also added that he would review the proposed changes to the UPNVJ Statute on his visiting agenda in the near future.
