LP3M, LPPM, and SPI Are Committed to Improve Performance Achievements in 2022

HumasUPNVJ – Wednesday, February 2 2022, the 2022 PK Derivatives Signing was held which was attended by members of the LP3M, LPPM and SPI Institutions at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium UPN Veteran Jakarta. This activity is intended to follow up on the Chancellor's evaluation regarding the performance of Institutions, Faculties and Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the UPN Veteran Jakarta environment. The performance achievements achieved by related institutions have been fairly good in 2021. However, the three institutions have agreed to continue to improve the achievements of their respective institutions in 2022.

Satria Yudha Widjaya, MS. Ak., as the chairman of LP3M reported that LP3M's performance in 2021 reached 70%. Satria also said that this year the indicators that LP3M had to achieve had increased to 44 indicators from last year's only 20 indicators. Thus, Satria hopes that all institutions, especially LP3M, can be more aware of and understand the targets that must be achieved. “We must be aware that some of these indicators are directly controlled by LP3M and some are not at all. This year we must understand how to monitor and control indicators that previously could not be controlled directly so that LP3M can control them. With today's activities, we can all really understand the targets we have to achieve. Hopefully LP3M's achievements in 2022 can increase by more than 70%.” Satria said in his speech.

On the other hand, Ayu Lestari Wahyunigroem, Ph.D., Head of LPPM appreciated the achievement of her team which was recorded as the highest achiever in 2021. According to her, this result was not just her hard work but the result of a team that was solid and fast in moving. In 2022, of course, there will be more challenges for LPPM. The indicators that are the target of achievement have also increased, but Ayu is still optimistic that LPPM can achieve all of that. "If last year there were 31 indicators, in 2022 there will be 62 indicators. But I'm sure my friends at LPPM can definitely do it.” she said. In addition, it is Ayu's great hope that this year LPPM can conduct more outreach with external parties so that cooperation can be established both at the national and international levels.

The performance targets that have been and are about to be achieved are of course in order to bring UPN Veteran Jakarta to a better direction. According to Ediwarman, SE, MM., at least UPN Veteran Jakarta is not in the lower position when compared to other universities on the same level. This is the challenge from the Chancellor for UPN Veteran Jakarta academics. Therefore, Edy always emphasized to the SPI team not to focus on what rewards they will get. "The challenges that will be faced by SPI this year are of course even greater because SPI is the right hand of the Supervisory Board. Therefore, I advise the SPI team to always do everything optimally and hope that teamwork and cohesiveness will be further enhanced." Close it.

The activity continued with the signing of the 2022 PK derivative documents which were carried out by the heads of each institution and attended by other members. This signing also closes activities today (02/02/2022).
