UPNVJ PR – This afternoon (10/6/2022) UPN Veterans Jakarta facilitated a Group Discussion Forum with one of the globally comprehensive cloud platforms, namely the Amazon Web Series (hereinafter abbreviated as AWS) in the Diplomacy Lab, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, UPNVJ. This discussion is intended to discuss digital transformation, cloud computing, and academic collaboration.
Cloud computing is the delivery of on-demand Information Technology (IT) resources via the internet at prices according to usage. In addition to purchasing, owning and managing physical data centers and servers, it is also possible to access technology services, such as computing power, storage, and databases, as required by the cloud provider.
This meeting is also intended to improve the quality and human resources that support learning in the UPNVJ environment. The human era has entered Industry 4.0, which means that all aspects of human life are closely related to the use of technology. Changes occur in various fields, especially in the field of education.
Through more than 200 services provided by AWS, they are dedicated to being able to provide even better changes to educational services in universities, especially UPNVJ. The use of the latest technology in higher education will of course create a smart campus which is one of the goals of UPNVJ.
