UPNVJ Holds Socialization on Filling Employee Performance Targets

HumasUPNVJ - Referring to the provisions of Presidential Regulation Number 30 of 2019 concerning Performance Assessment of Civil Servants, Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment Regulation and Bureaucratic Reform Number 6 of 2022 concerning Management of ASN Employee Performance, UPN Veterans Jakarta held a Socialization on Filling Out Employee Performance Targets of the Minister of ASN Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 6 of 2022 concerning ASN Employee Performance Management. UPNVJ presented the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Sinta Ayu Kurniawati S.Kom and Ira Herawati Sumarlin, ST as resource persons who were attended by 53 participants, held in a hybrid manner at the Unity in Diversity Auditorium and online through the zoom meeting platform. Prof. Erna, the Rector of UPNVJ in his speech gave directions to all participants, “In this socialization, the differences between the old and new ministerial ministers will be presented as well as what the focus of this ministry is. In the preparation of this SKP must be properly supervised by university leaders. UPNVJ has carried out various models to continue to be perfected to produce justice for all employees so that later there will be no demotivation between employees.

We really want to give rights to employees fairly according to the performance that has been done. I hope this socialization will be an incentive and can motivate you to understand in more detail about the SKP because it will be related to the performance allowances for the ladies and gentlemen in the UPNVJ environment. Hopefully it can be used properly," said the Rector.

Sinta Ayu and Ira Herawati from the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology explained related to the legal basis, important things in the PAN & RB Regulation Number 6 of 2022, an overview, performance planning, periodic performance feedback, evaluation employee performance, follow-up and information related to employee transfers (assisted/study assignments).
