HumasUPNVJ - The leadership meeting (Rapim) is a monthly routine meeting that is held every month and is attended by all managers at UPN Veteran Jakarta, starting from the Chancellor, Deputy Chancellor, Head of Institution, Dean and Head of UPT, to discuss various matters related to the development of the UPNVJ campus. In this rapim it looks a little different, because this time the meeting was chaired for the first time by the newly elected chancellor (2022-2026 period), Dr. Anther Venus, MA, Comm.
In her remarks Venus conveyed the agenda discussed at the meeting "So, in this first meeting I would like to convey policy directions, budget absorption reports, remuneration acceleration, PTNBH initial preparation, KPI achievement strategic programs, UPN rebranding strategic program, implementation of the 45th anniversary and implementation MBKM in the next semester," said Venus
The chairman of the meeting also appealed to the invitees to further finalize the current vision. then also informed that there were several considerations that had to be taken into account regarding the future of the university, "In the future regarding what the university's trend will be, that's what we have to consider. In addition, strengthening learning is still an important factor for us to ensure that our teaching is indeed of good quality and we must continue to make comparisons with other universities too," he explained.
Venus explained the big theme of UPNVJ development for 2022 – 2026, namely Transformation to Achieve Excellence. "So TRANSFORMATION is changing into a better form by providing added value and SUPERIOR, that is, to be the best based on existing standards," he added.
On this occasion, the Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Prasetyo Hadi also gave a presentation regarding the acceleration of remuneration, "I have met the Ministry of Finance, and have arrived at the final assessment for remuneration and we are considered capable of carrying this out." said Pras
Pras conveyed that the implementation for the remuneration application was also ready to be implemented. "For this application, we have held a technical guidance (guidance) and we have formed a team for this acceleration. Hopefully in early 2023 everything will be ready to go. We ask for his prayers so that this can be realized soon, "he added.
The Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs also explained regarding the implementation of the Independent Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) which will be carried out next semester. "We will try for the MBKM participants to reach 100%. This is a very big job, so we need help from all parties to make this event a success.” he added.
The form of activities to be carried out are; synchronizing the curriculum by the study program, determining the organizational structure of activities, organizing students, organizing lecturers and supervisors, financing strategies.
