HumasUPNVJ - Indonesian Student Entrepreneurship was held again from 22-25 November 2022, the XIII KMI Expo was held at UPN "Veteran" East Java located in the city of Surabaya, with the theme " Entrepreneur Change to Good Life" , attended by 235 Universities from all over Indonesia . KMI is the pinnacle event of Entrepreneurship PPMW (Student Entrepreneurial Development Program) and IWDM (Indonesian Digital Entrepreneurial Innovation). This time KMI Expo has several series of events including KMI Awards , Product Exhibitions, PWMI Awards , Start-up Summit and there are supporting competitions namely Business Catalog Posters, Business Model Canvas , Entrepreneurship 3D Wall Magazines, Funny Promotion Social Media, there are also seminars and talk shows Entrepreneurship with professional sources. The XIII KMI Expo was opened by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's Belmawa Student Affairs Coordinator, Sukino S.Pd, MAP at the UPNVJT Giriloka Building. The opening ceremony was enlivened by modern dance , Marching Band and Devile Parade from representatives from each university who took part in KMI 2022. UPNVJ itself sent four business groups, namely Vilitera which received PPMW funding and passed to the KMI Awards , Paperoid the team which passed PPMW 2022 funding, Noble and Amara Frozen are the teams that have passed the 2022 KKWP funding.

Vilitera is a business in the services and finance sector, namely virtual artist management that focuses on Japanese-themed artists, Paperoid, a business in the creative industry that makes journals, notebooks and paper art, then Noble, a creative industry that makes unique batik sandals, finally Amara Frozen , a food and beverage business. frozen and also cake . The UPNVJ Entrepreneurship Advisor, Catur Nugrahaeni in his interview, hopes that the UPNVJ team can win at the XIII KMI. In addition, Catur hopes that KMI can become an arena for students to learn and find relationships to build an entrepreneurial spirit, or perhaps collaborate with other campus students in various area in Indonesia.

One of the participants from UPNVJ, Nurul Tsamara Arifin, who is currently in semester 4, with enthusiasm he wants to take part in KMI Expo next year and will prepare his business even more thoroughly so that later he can pass and win KMI 2023.

The KMI Expo 2022 event as an annual event from the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research and Technology received high enthusiasm, both from students and from supervisors, the competition contingents had been present in Surabaya to prepare stands since Sunday, November 20 2022. Although there were several obstacles due to unfavorable weather causing flooding at the exhibition location, still not reducing the enthusiasm of the participants to take part in the KMI Expo event which will end on Friday, November 25 2022.

In addition to Product Exhibitions, students can also take part in entrepreneurship seminars and talkshows and there is the Indonesia Student Entrepreneurship Network (ISEN) Workshop, the supervisors also have Student Entrepreneurship Assistant and Manager workshops, so that both students and supervisors and mentors can share information about entrepreneurship on their respective campuses. -respectively.
