HumasUPNVJ - Jakarta Veterans National Development University (UPNVJ) has held a farewell ceremony for the Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta.

The atmosphere of emotion was felt during the procession of releasing the previous Chancellor Prof. Erna Hernawati, the release was carried out with offerings such as singing performances and poetry presentations by representatives of the academic community.

"With this activity, I have officially released all of the rector's attributes, but indeed there is a new assignment and trust in me as the chancellor's expert staff for the future. I also sincerely apologize if during my term of office there was a feeling that I was not pleased," said Prof. Erna in his remarks accompanied by his two sons, on Monday (28/11/22) at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, UPNVJ Pondok Labu Campus.

On another occasion the Chancellor of UPNVJ Dr. Anter Venus said that to face the challenges ahead we are more prepared thanks to the performance achievements of the previous chancellor.

"The education transformation process has been carried out, we just have to live it as best we can and together," said Venus.

In this welcoming ceremony, the academic community was also allowed to give gifts as a thank you to Prof. Erna for the performance that has been carried out so far. Starting from education staff, lecturers to students giving gifts as mementos to express gratitude.

This is a sign that Prof.'s performance is so impressive. Erna has served as rector for 4 years for the 2018-2022 period, the UPNVJ academic community hopes that the tasks carried out before can be continued as well as possible by the UPNVJ Chancellor for the 2022-2026 period.
