HumasUPNVJ - In order to fulfill the implementation of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) at the performance planning stage, one of which is to prepare PK Ka. Sub Satker with the Chancellor as a derivative of the Chancellor's Performance Agreement with the Ministry which refers to targets and performance indicators as well as performance indicator targets in the current year's Strategic Plan (Renstra) and in accordance with the current year's DIPA/RKAKL.
The results of the performance measurement results for the 2022 Sub-Satker performance agreement are the level of performance achievements with targets that have been set and agreed in early 2022 between Ka. Sub Satker with the Chancellor which can be used as evaluation material in order to improve the following year's performance. In line with this, the Chancellor of UPN Veteran Jakarta gave an award for the performance achievements of the Sub Working Units in 2022 as an appreciation for the performance results of the Sub Working Units in order to improve the performance of each Sub Working Unit within the UPNVJ environment in supporting the achievement of targets and performance indicators in the Strategic Plan.
Anter Venus, Chancellor of UPNVJ in his remarks said several important points, "The revision of the 2023 Dean's Performance Agreement was carried out due to the change of Deans for the 2023 - 2027 period, in this activity there were the addition of several Performance Agreement indicators and changes to several targets, Assessment of performance achievements to the Dean taking into account the achievements of PK IKU in State Universities and PK Deans, while other Sub-Satkers take into account only PK achievements, and awarding performance achievements is given to all Sub-Satkers taking into account the achievements of each Sub-Satker," said Venus.
