The cooperation delegation of the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta had the opportunity to visit the main campus of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Shah Alam Malaysia on Tuesday, 22 August 2023.

The arrival of the delegation led by UPNVJ Chancellor Dr. The Anter Venus MA Comm was welcomed directly by the Deputy Vice Chancellor Prof. Shahriman Zainal Abidin, PhD, accompanied by the deans and managers of the UiTM international office.

In the meeting which took place warmly, five important issues were discussed, namely the cooperation program and its expansion in the form of exchange of lecturers/adjuct professors; double degrees; student exchange within the MBKM framework; joint community service; and the opportunity to continue their doctoral studies for UPNVJ lecturers at UiTM.

Responding to this conversation, Chancellor Venus expressed a commitment to consistently implement all cooperation agreements that have been agreed upon by the two universities. Several activities will be followed up immediately after returning to Indonesia.

The same thing was conveyed by UiTM Deputy Vice Chancellor Prof. Shariman, who shows commitment with a command greeting, which according to him means "UiTM's wholehearted commitment in collaborating on agreed activities."

Still in the collaborative meeting, the Dean of the UPNVJ Faculty of Law, Dr. Suherman and Dean of FEB UPNVJ Dr. Jubaedah reached an agreement with the dean of the relevant faculty at UiTM, namely Prof Madya Dr. Firdaus Abdullah and Dr. Amirul Afifi Muhamat (Faculty of Business and Management), and also Prof. Madya Hartini Saripan from the Faculty of Law.

The deans of the two universities agreed to follow up on the agreement and signing of the MoA, as well as the implementation of the agreement as a form of implementation of the agreement.
