Public Relations UPNVJ - The Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform issued Permenpan and RB Number 60 of 2012 concerning General Guidelines for the Development of Integrity Zones (ZI) Towards Corruption Free Areas which was updated with Ministerial Regulation Number 52 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Integrity Zones in Government Agencies. This regulation is a general guideline which is a reference for officials in Government Agencies (Ministries/Institutions and Regional Governments) in the context of ZI Development towards a Corruption Free Area.
Integrity Zone (ZI) is a title given to government agencies whose leadership and staff are committed to realizing a Corruption Free Area (WBK) or Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) through bureaucratic reform. Through the Bureaucratic Reform and Integrity Zone (WBK) and (WBBM) programs which will make UPNVJ free of Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism (KKN), performant, accountable and achieve quality public services. There are six areas of change in the Integrity Zone, including the implementation of change management, structuring governance, structuring HR management, strengthening supervision, strengthening performance accountability, and improving the quality of concrete public services.
Currently, many public service providers have built Integrity Zones (ZI). Service providers who build ZI confirm that the agency is committed to providing excellent public services. Even though the surrounding area is still dominated by service providers who perform poorly. Gratification, extortion, corruption will actually no longer exist, if ZI is truly built with the involvement of all components.
One of the stages of the Integrity Zone development process is the declaration. The Faculty of Health Sciences, Jakarta Veteran National Development University (Fikes UPNVJ) is committed to building an Integrity Zone towards a Corruption Free Area and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area by implementing the Integrity Zone Development Plan. UPNVJ Fikes held a launch for the construction of an Integrity Zone towards a Corruption Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM) which was carried out face to face at the MerCe Building, 8th Floor of the UPNVJ Limo Campus. Anter Venus, Chancellor of UPNVJ was also present at this activity, "The aim of launching an Integrity Zone at Fikes is a commitment to creating an academic environment that is free from corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN), as well as improving quality public services. "This also aims to build a strong culture of integrity among all components of the academic community, create good governance, and increase public trust in higher education institutions," emphasized Venus in her speech.
In this activity, the Secretary of the Directorate General of Diktiristek, Manager of the Organizational Structuring Area in the Bureaucratic Reform team of the Directorate General of Diktiristek, Widodo Budi Siswanto, Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Dean of the UPNVJ FIK as well as several local community leaders, including the Limo Village Head, Limo Police Chief and Limo Koramil, were also present in this activity.
The proclamation will be carried out by signing the ZI Development Declaration charter and the Integrity Pact for the proclamation of the construction of an integrity zone for the UPNVJ Fikes academic community. (*sa/public relationsUPNVJ)
