Inauguration of UPNVJ Education Staff, Chancellor: Implement a "THINK" work culture at work

Public Relations UPNVJ - The Chancellor of the Jakarta Veteran National Development University (UPNVJ) has once again appointed Educational Staff in the Position of Educational Laboratory Staff at the UPNVJ Faculty of Medicine.

On this occasion, the Chancellor inaugurated Ashfia Desi Rahmalina, S.Si, Faculty of Medicine Education Staff, attended by the Heads of Bureaus and leaders of the Faculty of Medicine and their staff.

"On this occasion I just remind us that there is a MIND work culture which is the way we work, our main standard in working. "The campus as a PTN with the culture that we are building is a professional academic culture which is clearly reflected in the culture of THINKING we have," said Anter Venus, Chancellor of UPNVJ in his inauguration speech at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, on Wednesday (17/07/24).

PIKIR is the work culture of UPNVJ which stands for Professional, Integrity, Struggle, Innovative and Responsive.

"We work objectively and develop resources at work which are related to professional work, Integrity by doing all work according to responsibility and according to the rules, Struggle is related to our soul, our spirit works beyond just obligations, if we can work more than that we will definitely be far from optimal. "The results of the work are innovative by providing different things from what is available, followed by responsiveness by helping each other enough, which is also included in the responsive part so that the work progresses faster," he added.

On this occasion, the Chancellor also advised to provide maximum work results because whatever position you currently have is a position that other people might want.

"Do as much as possible with the current position, this position must be grateful for because many people might want to be like us," he concluded.
