Public Relations UPNVJ - Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University as a campus with the identity of National Defense regularly holds flag ceremonies on the 17th of every month. In line with that, today, Wednesday 17 July 2024, UPNVJ is again holding a flag ceremony.

The flag ceremony at the UPNVJ environment was attended by 219 students, lecturers and education staff, taking place in the Ceremonial Field in front of the dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Faculty of Medicine UPNVJ Pondok Labu Campus.

The UPNVJ Chancellor, represented in this case by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Henry Binsar, in his speech appreciated the many achievements of students, lecturers and institutions, "As of June 14 2024 ( the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation ) has granted full accreditation for 10 study programs at FEB in the Bachelor of Management, Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Sharia Economics and Bachelor of Development Economics study programs, FH in the Bachelor of Law study program, FISIP in the Bachelor of Communication Science, Bachelor of International Relations and Bachelor of Political Science study programs, and FIK in the Bachelor of Information Systems and Bachelor of Science study programs. Informatics which will be valid until September 2028, it is a matter of pride for all UPNVJ academics for this achievement because it also boosts UPNVJ's IKU 8 performance achievements in 2023. In June and July 2024, national accreditation was carried out by LAM Teknik (for Bachelor of Shipping), LAM Infocom (for Bachelor of Information Systems), and LAMEMBA for Bachelor of Sharia Economics. HOPE this accreditation will bring optimal results for UPNVJ. 'The increase in the number of lecturers receiving DRTPM grants at UPN Veteran Jakarta is very significant, with 24 research proposals successfully passing. The distribution of faculties receiving grants is the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) with 7 proposals, the Faculty of Law (FH) with 3 proposals, the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) with 3 proposals, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) with 5 proposals, the Faculty Medicine (FK) with 1 proposal, Faculty of Computer Science with a proposal and Faculty of Engineering (FT) with 2 proposals. The total funds received from this research grant amounted to IDR 2,584,780,000 (two billion five hundred eighty four million seven hundred eighty thousand rupiah). Apart from that, the number of Community Service proposals that passed the DRTPM grant also increased, with 6 new proposals and 1 follow-up proposal. The Faculty of Law (FH) succeeded in getting 1 proposal, the Faculty of Computer Science (FIK) 2 proposals, the Faculty of Engineering (FT) 2 proposals, and the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) 2 proposals. The total funds received for this Community Service grant amounted to IDR 470,937,500 (four hundred seventy million nine hundred thirty seven thousand five hundred rupiah). UPN Veteran Jakarta also recorded an increase in journal accreditation this year. The Essence of Law Journal succeeded in obtaining SINTA 5 accreditation, while the Madani Journal received SINTA 4 accreditation and was registered in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). This achievement shows UPN Veteran Jakarta's commitment to improving the quality of research and academic publications. All of these achievements would not have been possible without the hard work, solidarity and support of the entire UPNVJ academic community.
