Performance Evaluation and Service Quality Improvement, UPNVJ Leadership Holds Management Review Meeting

HumasUPNVJ – The leadership of the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta (UPNVJ) held a Management Review Meeting (RTM) involving various internal parties to evaluate the institution's performance and formulate strategic steps to improve the quality of education and services for the academic community.

The meeting, which took place at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium of the rectorate, was led directly by the Rector of UPNVJ, Anter Venus and attended by the Vice Rectors, Deans of Faculties, Heads of Institutions, and several representatives of other related unit leaders. The RTM aims to evaluate the performance results during the last semester, discuss the achievement of the university's vision and mission, and design programs that support academic and non-academic development. The main agenda of the meeting includes several important issues, including:

  • Evaluation of the implementation of education, research and community service programs.
  • Review of academic and non-academic administrative services provided to students and lecturers.
  • Development of campus facilities and infrastructure that can support the teaching and learning process.
  • Planning and evaluation of the university budget for the upcoming academic year.
  • Following up on internal quality audit findings by designing programs that can improve the quality of higher education.

In his speech, UPNVJ Chancellor, Anter Venus said that this management review meeting is very important as an effort to monitor the achievements that have been obtained and find solutions to the challenges faced by the university. "As a higher education institution, UPNVJ is committed to continuously improving the quality of service and teaching, as well as adapting to the needs of the times," he said.

With the RTM, it is hoped that UPNVJ can achieve higher quality standards and make a greater contribution to the world of education in Indonesia.
