HumasUPNVJ - UPN "Veteran" Jakarta held a Chancellor and Lecturer Coordination Meeting in the UPNVJ environment with the main discussion being the Dissemination of the Lecturer Code of Ethics, Research Day and Doctoral Program Information which was attended by 218 UPNVJ permanent lecturers. The socialization took place at the Bhinneka Tunggal Auditorium, on Friday (9/05/19).

Human resources are the most valuable asset for a university. One of the internal strengths of tertiary institutions is the presence of high-quality academic staff, which is indicated by the large number of lecturers who master the fields and disciplines who have Masters, Doctoral and Professor qualifications. Therefore, the development of human resources is an important requirement in every tertiary institution, especially at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta

In this case the Chancellor conveyed a number of matters relating to the study program accreditation targets that must be achieved, information on the results of higher education rankings every year with the aim of motivating teaching staff to be more creative and innovative, besides that he also explained strategies for increasing institutional human resources that could be carried out together with prioritizing the target of increasing accreditation supported by excellent service and PIKIR's work culture.

This socialization was carried out with the aim of unifying the common perception for the targets to be achieved by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
