HumasUPNVJ - UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) has long carried out a campus go green declaration which aims to reduce the amount of plastic waste, especially in the UPNVJ environment. to further reduce the use of plastic drinking water packaging, UPNVJ in collaboration with UPN Veteran East Java presents Technowater, a drinking water depot that can be used to collect ready-to-drink water intended for all UPNVJ academics.

Reporting from the upnjatim.ac.id page, Head of LPPM UPN Veterans East Java, Dr. Ir. Yenny Wuryandari said, "This Technowater is a superior product which is the result of research from LPPM UPN Veteran East Java and this ready-to-drink water has passed the chemical and biological tests and has met the SNI for bottled drinking water with the management component of this Technowater depot including an active silica filter unit. , activated carbon filter units, ion exchange units, membrane filter units, ozone generating units, TDS meter controllers and indicators, rota meters, three stainless jet pump units and four stainless tanks, "said Yenny.

Technowater at UPNVJ has yet to be formalized, but according to the plan there are several points where Technowater streams will be available on the Pondok Labu UPNVJ campus. It is hoped that Technowater's presence will reduce the amount of plastic beverage packaging waste at UPN Veteran Jakarta and increase awareness of all academics to always preserve the environment by reducing the use of plastic waste.
