HumasUPNVJ - PT. PLN (Persero) held an Essay , Photography & Video competition for students with the theme " PLN ICE Ideas, Conference, Education Empowering Youth and Nation 2020 ". In addition, from various competition categories, there are separate themes too, for the Essay competition:

- Green : Sustainability of Energy for future generations

- Customer Focused : Transformation of public services to strengthen customer experience

- Innovative : Electricity innovation in Industry 4.0

- Lean : Increasing organizational agility through superior human resources

And for the theme of photography & video, namely: "Electricity for the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals ( SDG )". The total prize is 93 million. For the registration and submission timeline , September 18 – October 9 2020, Announcement of 10 Essay Finalists on October 16 2020, Presentation of 10 Essay finalists on October 19, announcement of winners for all categories on October 22 2020.
