HumasUPNVJ - UPN Veteran Jakarta received a working visit from the Ministry of Education and Culture ULT Management Monitoring and Evaluation Team in the Nusantara 1 meeting room UPNVJ Rector Building on Wednesday (07/10/20).

The visit was received directly by the Head of AKPK UPNVJ Bureau, Suyatno accompanied by the Head of General Affairs and Finance, Head of Cooperation and Public Relations, Public Relations Cooperation Subdivision, Head of ICT and Head of Academic Section of UPN Veteran Jakarta.

Suyatno warmly welcomed the arrival of the Ministry of Education and Culture's Monitoring and Evaluation Team, this was done with the aim of monitoring and socializing the Ministry of Education and Culture's new public service standards by adapting new habits in the pandemic era.

"This activity can be a strengthening of the ULT field, in principle, all academics who need any information are currently being carried out by Public Relations. For now, ULT and PPID are still united, with the presence of the Monitoring and Evaluation Team for Management of ULT from the Ministry of Education and Culture at this time it can be a direction for our public services to be better in the future, "explained Suyatno.

In the discussion on his visit, the General Coordinator of the monitoring team of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Dwi Yunanto, conveyed that monitoring was already taking place on campus, with the data we received we would later develop it in terms of strengthening.

"We are indeed monitoring campuses, especially new campuses and providing socialization about ULT with the Adaptation of New Habits (IMR) in the pandemic era. This spurred the Minister of Education and Culture to continue to monitor that ULT services must prioritize the covid protocol," said Dwi.

For UPNVJ itself, by carrying out the process of moving or adding service facility space, this is an intention with added value for us because UPNVJ wants to have development in terms of facilities," added Dwi.

Sugeng Siswanto, Head of the General Affairs and Finance Bureau of UPNVJ said “I am honestly happy that an evaluation could be held for our ULT, so that we can find out what gaps to do in the future. For facilities, we have to maximize the available space. Especially at this time we are very concerned about the current pandemic and PSBB conditions where services can only be done online. So with this opportunity, I am very grateful that we can be given information about any deficiencies that exist so that in the future we will make changes with the existing indicators, hopefully we can even exceed that," said Sugeng.

After conducting an evaluation the monitoring team accompanied by bureau heads visited the available ULTs and ULTs which were in the process of being built at UPN Veterans Jakarta in person to carry out an assessment and provide further directions.
