HumasUPNVJ - Entering the first day of work after the Eid holiday, a number of UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) employees carried out a rapid test and genose which was carried out in front of the Pondok Labu UPNVJ Rectorate Building, Monday (17/05/21).

Based on monitoring, since 06.30 WIB the employees have taken turns to carry out inspections. This was done as a step to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the campus environment.

"This is one of the efforts of the campus to decide the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the campus environment after the employees are on the Eid holiday, here employees are given free facilities for rapid tests and genose if the results are reactive then it will be followed by antigen swabs which we have also provided" said dr. Ria Maria Theresa to the UPNVJ Public Relations team during direct monitoring.

dr. Ria also said that from the results of the reactive rapid test, a swab examination would immediately be carried out. From the final results, one employee tested positive without symptoms. The employee is asked to carry out independent isolation first if there are symptoms in the future, then they will be followed up to get medical treatment.

With this early prevention it is hoped that it can break the chain of transmission of the Covid-19 virus, especially in the campus environment.
