The final round of the Pencak Silat sport was very exciting and full of enthusiasm. The participants from all contingents have shown their best performance for the sake of their beloved campus. The rigorous, extra, and difficult training process does not betray the results. The success achieved made the athletes not only feel joy, but also more challenged to take part in other competitions, as stated by Amelia Azzahra.

Based on the coach's statement, the struggle of the participants was very hard. Preparations have started before the month of Ramadan. Even when fasting, the Pencak Silat team continues to practice because all are motivated to carry the name of UPNVJ in order to remain the best. "Their struggle is really hard, you. They are motivated to carry the name of UPNVJ to remain the best…” said Syarif Hidayatullah, as the coach. The Pencak Silat team also underwent special training to maximize their potential. “If we have special training from before the fasting month, we have been intensive every week, it can be 3-4 times at the beginning of the fasting month. Ahead of this event, it can take a full week," added Tariqhat Rama Putra, Pencak Silat official.

Strategy is very important in a game. The results of the PR team's interview with Amelia showed that the athletes were trained to learn the opponent's movements and play casually in the early rounds, while points could be scored in the second and third rounds. It is also useful to save power.

The total medal bagged by UPNVJ in the Pencak Silat sport was recorded as 14 medals. UPNVJ Silat represented by Rama hopes that the achievements that have been achieved can further grow the university's support for the Pencak Silat UKM so that the opportunity to make the university's name even bigger.
