Improving Services, LPPM Together with Lecturers of the Faculty of Computer Science Realizes Institutional Development Research

HumasUPNVJ - Service is one of the important factors to improve welfare. Given the importance of these services, LPPM together with Lecturers from the Faculty of Computer Science carried out Institutional Development Research (RPI).

The Institutional Development Research itself is research that has been held in 2021. The output results of this research are applications along with application guidance modules that can help improve existing services at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

On Tuesday (11/10/2022), LPPM held a meeting to discuss the development of applications made by FIK lecturers. This meeting was also attended by the Chancellor of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Erna Hernawati and Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. dr. Ria Maria Theresa, SpKJ., MH..

"This meeting aims to inquire about the progress of the application made by the FIK Lecturer. This is important because the application was created to improve services at the UPN Veteran Jakarta campus," said Prof. Dr. Erna Hernawati.

Each chairman or representative of the RPI team also explained the development of the application he made. There are 11 teams that will produce 11 applications to support service improvement for lecturers, teaching staff, and also students.

Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Erna Hernawati and Dr. dr. Ria Maria Theresa, SpKJ., MH. also provide input to develop applications that have been made by each RPI team. In this case, Dr. dr. Ria Maria Theresa, SpKJ., MH. provide input regarding application development for data collection of Student Organizations (Ormawa) and also Student Activity Units (UKM).

Given the importance of the RPI program, the Chancellor of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta hopes that each team can immediately launch the application that has been created so that it can be used by users.

"I really ask each team to complete the application so that the application can be used by users who are the target of making the application from the start," closed Prof. Dr. Erna Hernawati.
