Establishing Friendship and Strengthening Relationships, LPPM UPNVJ Holds a Comparative Study to UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta

HumasUPNVJ - LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta also held comparative study activities to UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. The arrival of the LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta team was welcomed directly by the Head of LPPM UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, Dr. Hendro Widjanarko, SE., MM.

The warm and friendly welcome was not only made by the chairman of LPPM UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, but by all levels of its management.

Plh. Head of LPPM UPNVJ, Dr. Ibnu Malkan Bakhrul Ilmi, S.Gz., M.Si expressed his gratitude for the welcome from LPPM UNNES. This visit aims to maintain and strengthen the friendship ties between UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta.

"Through this comparative study visit, we want to learn a lot from relatives who are located in Central Java," said Dr. Ibnu Malkan Bakhrul Ilmi, S.Gz., M.Sc.

Then, dr. Hendro Widjanarko, SE., MM as Chair of LPPM UPN "Veteran" Yohyakarta also responded to the remarks. Dr. Hendro Widjanarko, SE., MM expressed his gratitude to the LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta team who were willing to have a comparative study and direct discussion in Yogyakarta.

"I am very happy with the arrival of UPN Veteran Jakarta, because we fellow brothers need to learn from each other and must maintain this friendship. With this meeting, we can learn from colleagues in Jakarta," said Dr. Hendro Widjanarko, SE., MM.

The comparative study also aims to increase knowledge and insight through discussions related to research and community service carried out by both parties.

Dr. Hendro Widjanarko, SE., MM. explained that there were several areas of research and community service that were the focus of UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, namely: energy, earth, agriculture, economics, industry, and socio-politics.

"From that focus, we have the classification again. So that research activities and community service for lecturers become more focused," added Dr. Hendro Widjanarko.

Research and community service activities for UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta lecturers also have a selection process for their acceptance. "Apart from having a selection, we also have a quota every year for research and community service," said Dr. Hendro Widjanarko.

Furthermore, the Head of LPPM UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta also added that there were sanctions for lecturers who were late in sending the results of research and community service activities that had been agreed upon.

Through this comparative study activity, LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta can implement and develop better in the future.

"We hope that from the results of this discussion, we can apply them so that they develop in a better direction. Hopefully from this meeting we can also maintain the bonds of brotherhood among fellow UPN 'Veterans' who already exist,” concluded Plh. Head of LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Dr. Ibn Malkan.
