For Institutional Development and Learning, LPPM UPNVJ Holds a Comparative Study to LPPM UNNES

HumasUPNVJ - In the framework of the learning process to develop the Institute, LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta held a comparative study at Semarang State University (UNNES).

This comparative study visit was welcomed warmly and kindly by the Secretary of LPPM UNNES, Prof. Dr. Sucihatiningsih Dian Wisika Prajanti M.Si. In addition to the Secretary of LPPM UNNES, there were also the board members of LPPM UNNES who also welcomed the arrival of LPPM UPNVJ.

Plh. Head of LPPM UPNVJ, Dr. Ibnu Malkan Bakhrul Ilmi, S.Gz., M.Si expressed his gratitude for the welcome from LPPM UNNES. This visit aims to connect UPN "Veteran" Jakarta with UNNES.

"We are also doing this comparative study because we want to learn a lot from LPPM UNNES. We want to follow in the footsteps of UNNES which started from PTN BLU to PTN BH," said Dr. Ibnu Malkan Bakhrul Ilmi, S.Gz., M.Sc.

In response to the remarks from Plh. Head of LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Secretary of LPPM UNNES, Prof. Dr. Sucihatiningsih Dian Wisika Prajanti M.Si also expressed her gratitude for coming for friendship and also joint discussions to learn from each other.

The event then continued with a presentation from LPPM UNNES regarding the structure of the Institution and also the achievements that had been achieved in the last 3 years. Interestingly, LPPM UNNES also has a journal system called "Sikenal" (Journal Performance Information System).

"Through Sikenal, all journal data will be managed and recapitulated. This system has also been integrated with Sister. So later the lecturer only needs to upload data to Sikenal, the data will automatically be automatically imported to Sister," said Prof. Holy.

Furthermore, discussions also took place to discuss research and community service. Starting from the scheme, the amount of incentives, data management, and some related to research and community service.

Not only that, UNNES also applies a 2.5% deduction for zakat from each income and remuneration of lecturers.

"Thus, UNNES lecturers no longer need to worry about zakat, because we have a 2.5% zakat deduction system. Lecturers who don't want to tithe can write directly to LPPM, then the zakat funds will be returned," said Prof. Holy.

Furthermore, Dr. Ibnu Malkan also said that discussions with LPPM UNNES provided a lot of insight for the future development of LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

"We hope LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta can develop better like LPPM UNNES which already has an integrated and directed system," said Dr. Ibn Malkan.
