HumasUPNVJ - The entire implementation of the first and second batches of the Computer Based Test-Based National Selection Writing Examination (UTBK-SNBT) has reached its final round, on Sunday (28/5). Two weeks have passed, starting from Monday, May 8 to Sunday, May 14, 2023 (wave 1) and Monday, May 22 to Sunday, May 28, 2023 (wave 2).
The UTBK Center - SNBT UPN Veteran Jakarta with two test locations, namely Campus 1 Pondok Labu and Campus 2 Cinere, Limo Depok, is running smoothly according to the procedures in force with the central committee, National Selection for New Student Admissions - Education Testing Management Center (SNPMB - BPPP) .
The total registered participants for UTBK-SNBT batches 1 and 2 at UPNVJ totaled 22,400 for 14 days, with an attendance rate of 97 percent. There were three percent who were absent, either because they were late, sick, or without explanation.
"Allhamdulilah, the UTBK implementation at the UPN Veterans Jakarta UTBK Center went smoothly. All the committees involved carried out the assignments according to what had been given and had prepared carefully before UTBK began," said Fajar Nugroho UPNVJ UTBK Executive Coordinator, Fajar Nugroho, S.Kom., MP
Although relatively smooth, there were a number of obstacles on the part of the participants. There are still participants who do not come according to the provisions, such as not carrying a participant card or not carrying a diploma and SKL. There are also those who are not dressed according to applicable regulations.
Apart from that, from year to year, there are always participants who come to the wrong test location, whether it should be at UPNVJ Pondok Labu or UPNVJ Limo.
"But we can solve all these problems. For example, participants who don't bring their participant cards, we can help reprint them," said Fajar.
Representing the UTBK-SNBT committee, Fajar hopes that UPNVJ can be even better in holding exams in the coming years. Meanwhile, from the participants' point of view, they are expected to get the best results and be accepted at the PTN of their respective destinations.
