HumasUPNVJ - Monday, June 5 2023, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta (UPNVJ) held a Computer Based Test (CBT) Radiology Specialist computer-based test for the first time at the UPNVJ Faculty of Medicine Building, Pondok Labu Campus.

After going through preparations for the formation of a radiology specialist study program which was quite long, finally today, UPNVJ held CBT after the closing of the registration period last May.

The opening of the UPNVJ radiology specialist program is a form of UPNVJ helping accelerate the need for specialist doctors in Indonesia.

"Today's CBT test, this is the culmination of a long journey to form radiology specialists. This achievement could not have been separated from the full support of the Chancellor and his staff, who was then held by Prof. Erna Hernawati Rector for the 2018-2022 period," explained Dr.dr.H.Taufiq Fredrik Pasiak Dean of the Faculty of Medicine when interviewed by the UPNVJ Public Relations team.

Dr.dr.H.Taufiq Fredrik Pasiak also said The formation of this study program was also supported by the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI) and the Radiology Collegium as well as main assistance from the RSPAD, especially the Head of the RSPAD Lieutenant General TNI Dr. dr. Albertus Budi Sulistya which led to the support of the Army Chief of Staff General Dr. H. Dudung Abdurachman.

It was the full support of these experts that made the new student process for UPNVJ radiology specialists possible.

“I thank you immensely for the extraordinary support of these great people. The creation of this radiology specialist also occurred due to a special momentum that cannot be repeated, this momentum is the need from the homeland for more specialists, the university's support and the accreditation of the Faculty of Medicine which are already superior so from that momentum we will take advantage of forming specialists radiology” added Dr. dr. H. Taufiq Fredrik Pasiak.

As the implementation team who is also the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, dr. Feda Anisah Makkiyah, expressed her gratitude because the radiology specialist process was able to reach this stage.

"Alhamdulillah, this achievement could not have been separated from the support of many parties, especially Prof. Radiology Specialist Terawan and Prof. Azizah Radiology Collegium because they have really helped us to create radiology specialists at UPNVJ," he told the PR team.

dr. Feda also explained that the 18 participants who had attended the CBT stage would later be screened again to enter the interview and psychological test stages.

"Alhamdulillah, thanks to a solid team and the support of the rectorate and the tireless admissions team. I'm sure everything will run as it should and be transparent," he hoped.
