Tuesday, 10 December 2019 Dr. Dianwicaksih Arieftiara, SE., Ak., M.Ak., CA., CSRS officially became the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business for the 2019-2023 period, after taking the oath at the Bhineka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, UPN Veteran Campus, Jakarta.
In front of officials within the UPN Veterans Jakarta environment, the official inauguration was carried out by the Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta Erna Hernawati. In his remarks, he said that the currently inaugurated dean has quite a big challenge which will soon be entering the beginning of the year which requires leaders to prepare plans and work programs for 2020.
"Certainly the newly appointed dean currently has quite a big challenge. Performance is entering the early period of the year where at the beginning of the year as leaders will get ready with the 2020 work program. I also need to convey that at this time the work plans that have been carried out in 2019 must be evaluated as a reference for preparing work plans in 2020, "he explained.
The Chancellor also added "another challenge the FEB dean faces is accreditation in instrument 9. With experience as the head of the center, I hope I can fulfill and follow this accreditation in instrument 9, and I hope that every work done must lead to indicators of achievement and other expectations of the deans and all staff in the UPN Veteran Jakarta environment this year we can start new steps and new changes to develop institutions with the same desire, namely advancing faculties and universities," he added.
After the inauguration took place, when interviewed, Dianwicaksih Arieftiara said that currently the FEB staff is preparing re-accreditation instruments for the Bachelor of Accounting study program.
"At the beginning of the process, we have already selected instrument 9 which is still empty, so which one is not available, we will provide the team with the search so that it can fill in the empty instruments. With such a strategy, it is hoped that this will speed up the fulfillment of instrument 9," he explained.
He also said that the homework in the near future that he had to handle was to increase human resources.
"In the near future, the main work I want to do is to adjust all parties in FEB, starting from lecturers and education staff. I will accommodate all the complaints and obstacles that have existed so far, so that I don't only hear from one party, but also from two sides. parties, from there I can focus on providing solutions with the hope that in the future both parties can work well together for the progress of FEB," he concluded.
