FT UPNVJ Receives Visit from Citereup Budiniyah Vocational School Students

HumasUPNVJ - Routinely every year the Faculty of Engineering UPN Veterans Jakarta receives visits from various high schools/vocational schools/MA in Jakarta and its surroundings. For this year, FT UPNVJ again received visits from 167 grade 10 and 11 students along with accompanying teachers from SMK Budiniah Citereup Bogor. (21/2)

This visit was received directly by the Dean of FT UPNVJ, Reda Rizal and his staff at the Merce Auditorium Lt. 8 Campus UPNV Limo.

Reda Rizal in his remarks expressed his gratitude and pride to all the teachers and students of Budiniah Vocational School for choosing UPNVJ to be one of the top choices for continuing studies at State Universities year after year, "It is an honor for us because the students and teachers of Budiniah Vocational School always come to visit the Faculty of Engineering UPNVJ. We are very happy if we can provide socialization and updated information, especially for the pattern of new student admissions available at UPNVJ. Hopefully the visit from Budiniah Vocational School students and teachers can be useful and of course get positive results in the future. M. Arifuddin, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation FT UPNVJ explained the infrastructure facilities available at FT UPNVJ, "We will make direct visits to several laboratories in FT UPNVJ, including: Manufacturing Process Laboratory (CNC and Lathe), Materials Laboratory (Tensile and Impact Testing), Shipping and Welding Laboratory, High Voltage Laboratory, Physics Laboratory, Computing Laboratory, Production Systems Laboratory, Fluid Mechanics Laboratory, Work System Design and Ergonomics Laboratory and Electronics and Control Laboratory. Of all the laboratories visited, we have prepared laboratory assistants and accompanying students so that each student can directly ask questions about the laboratories visited," he explained.

The students and teachers of SMK Budiniah looked very enthusiastic when they visited the laboratories available at FT UPNVJ.
