Public RelationsUPNVJ - In order to fill the position of Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science (FIK) UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) for the period 2023 – 2027, the Chancellor Officially Inaugurates

The inauguration was carried out directly at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, on Wednesday (03/01/24).

"The Dean has been appointed and sworn in to carry out the duties of the UPNVJ FIK which include improving the quality of graduates, improving the quality of lecturers, improving the quality of curriculum and learning; and improving work unit governance within the UPNVJ environment," explained Anter Venus, Chancellor of UPNVJ in his speech.

"We are focusing everything on always thinking innovatively and exploring things to make things better. "We must remember that currently UPNVJ has sufficient competitiveness, so our mandate to create competitive graduates is the main thing," he concluded.

On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Ir. Supriyanto, who is a professor in the field of Informatics Engineering at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (UNTIRTA) said that becoming the elected Dean of FIK UPNVJ was one of the fates given to him.

"I believe this is the fate that was outlined for me to return to work after being at UNTIRTA," he said.

"I believe this is the era of informatics and the era of disruption, where if someone cannot keep up with developments, they will be left behind," he concluded.

In this assignment, Prof. Supriyanto said that in the initial stage he had consolidated with all parties in the UPNVJ FIK who would later become his colleagues. He also did not forget to thank his colleagues while at UNTIRTA.

"I would like to thank all my colleagues at UNTIRTA, I and my friends believe that this campus is a place for me to work and that this work will be our footprint throughout the world. "My campus is my heaven because the campus is my place of worship," he concluded
