This socialization activity is one of the efforts to provide understanding and equalize vision and perceptions, in relation to the management of national resources for national defense, which is carried out through the establishment of a reserve component, in accordance with Article 5 of Law Number 23 of 2019. UPNVJ also invited the Chancellor of UPN Veteran East Java and UPN Veteran Yogyakarta and their students to join this webinar even though it's online.
This webinar was opened with remarks by the Chancellor of UPNVJ, in his remarks, the Chancellor hoped that with this activity, all UPN Veteran students throughout Indonesia could understand more about national defense, especially in the process of defending the country.
Furthermore, the activity was carried out by providing material from the Disumdahan Directorate General of Pothan of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, Brigadier General Fahrid Amran, SH. In his presentation, Brigadier General Fahrid explained that having the spirit of defending the country could be a way to maintain the integrity of the Indonesian nation.
