HumasUPNVJ - The Student Executive Board of the Jakarta Veteran National Development University who are members of the Mardhika Cabinet held Call of Duta 3.0 with the theme "Reach the Future of UPNVJ with Better Characteristic and Have a Good Influence in Society". The selection process for the Sons and Daughters of Defending the Country was carried out online from the beginning of June to 12 June 2021 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. But even though it's still in this condition, both from the committee to the finalists are still enthusiastic in following all the process.

After going through three days of debriefing, including: Debriefing on UPNVJ Insights, Public Speaking debriefing, Leadership debriefing and Personal Branding debriefing, Saturday 12 June 2021 a Grand Final was held to find out UPNVJ's Sons and Daughters of State Defense and the selected Favorite Ambassadors. There were 3 main judges in the Grand Final, namely Rigalli Igal S.Or (2019 Male Depok Genre Ambassador), Desmawati SKp., MKep., Sp. Maternity., Ph.D., and Ika Nurlaili Isnainiyah, S.Kom., M.Sc. Meanwhile, the interest and talent judges were Ahmad Bagus Maulanasyah and Jeremia Patti Moran.

While the series of events in the grand final included, the first was the introduction of each participant, the appearance of interest and talent videos, the quiz session was then followed by the announcement of the finalists whose finalist assessment was accumulated from the value of supplies, video campaigns, talent interest videos, and quizzes from several series there were seven participants from each faculty who passed, including: Vioneta Rizky Taniaswari (FH), M. Azril Muzaki (FISIP), Sultan Afif (FEB), Dhafin Lingga Achadiono (FK), Adjrina Dawina Putri (FIKES), Riannisa Azizah Putri (FIK), and Annisa Effendi (FEB).

From a written statement by BEM, the Assessment for Favorite Ambassadors is an accumulation of campaign video likes on the @veteranmikat Instagram page, voting on the web, and talent interest videos assessed by the jury. The UPN Veteran Jakarta 2021 Favorite Ambassador who was chosen was Annisa Effendi from the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2019. The assessment for Sons and Daughters of State Defense is an accumulation of total debriefing, question and answer assessments, and talent interest videos. The UPNVJ 2021 State Defense Son who was selected was Sultan Afif from the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2020, The UPNVJ 2021 State Defense Princess who was selected was Vioneta Rizky Taniaswari from the Faculty of Law class of 2020, and this year's Favorite Ambassador, Annisa Effendi from the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2019 .
