Served as ceremonial inspector, Chancellor of UPN Veterans Yogyakarta, Prof. Irhas gave the ceremonial mandate by conveying his hopes for the 207 state defense cadres who have completed five days of state defense education (Sunday, 18 December 2022 to Thursday, 22 December 2022).

“We have participated in this DIKWAL together from start to finish. This Dikwal is part of our commitment as a state defense campus. We will maintain the legacy that was given to us from our past so that we can preserve it regularly from year to year, even though we have moved from being together under the auspices of the foundation, the private sector until now has become a state, we will continue to uphold the value of martial arts. country in our campus life, one of which is by holding regular DIKWAL activities. We hope that in the future these state defense cadres (DIKWAL 2022 participants) will be able to implement all the knowledge they have received in DIKWAL 2022 activities," concluded Prof. Irhas
