Public Relations UPNVJ - In order to provide basic services and basic service quality for the realization of excellent public services, UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) has revised the Minimum Service Standards (SPM).

Every citizen has the minimum right to obtain SPM to provide maximum public services to the community that is oriented towards maximum service.

"From the data that I know, there are several points that do not meet the SPM, although not all of them, but the crux of the problem is not only there, but lies in the standards themselves, so there is a need for revision," said Dr. Henry Binsar Hamonangan Sitorus Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs in his speech at the RA Suites Simatupang Hotel, on Sunday (5/09/23).

"Currently the chancellor is drafting chancellor regulations regarding academics, curriculum and quality assurance. "Everything must be in accordance with government regulations. I hope that we will not only work from existing findings, but if it is possible, everything can comply with standards by adapting to government regulations," he added.

The scope of the SPM under discussion and revision this time includes educational service standards, research service standards, community service service standards and administrative service standards.

In this revision agenda, all participants were asked to fill in data according to their respective fields which will later be explained and adjusted to the legal basis and scope.
