Improving Campus Facilities, UPNVJ Chancellor Inaugurates Multifunction Field and Healthy Canteen

Public Relations of UPNVJ – The Chancellor of the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ), Anter Venus, officially inaugurated the multifunctional field and joint canteen (Bestie Canteen) on the UPNVJ Limo campus on Friday, September 26, 2024, which was attended by the UPNVJ academic community.

This field is expected to be a supporting facility for various activities of the UPNVJ extended family including students, lecturers and education staff ranging from sports, art activities, to academic events. The Chancellor of UPNVJ in his speech said, "The construction of this field is our effort to create a campus environment that supports positive activities for students, lecturers and education staff. We hope that this facility can be utilized optimally," said Venus

The field is equipped with various facilities, such as basketball courts, futsal, tennis and areas for other activities. The UPNVJ academic community is very enthusiastic about welcoming this inauguration and hopes to make it a place to gather and exercise.

"Not only the field, we also inaugurated the Joint Canteen which operates on the UPNVJ Limo campus to make it easier for UPNVJ academics to enjoy healthy yet affordable snacks," he continued.

The inauguration ceremony began with routine healthy gymnastics together. The UPNVJ Chancellor hopes that with the presence of this multifunctional field and Bestie Canteen, all UPNVJ families can be more active in exercising and interacting together enjoying healthy snacks, as well as building solidarity among each other.

With this step, UPNVJ continues to commit to improving the quality of education and supporting facilities for all UPNVJ academicians. (*s)
