HumasUPNVJ - Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta , Dr. dr. Taufiq Fredrik Pasiak, M.Kes., M.Pd.I., MH or commonly called dr. Taufiq, had the opportunity to be a Panelist in the First Debate of Candidates for Governor and Deputy Governor of Banten Province in 2024. This activity was held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 by the Banten KPUD and broadcast live on TransTV and the Banten KPUD social media. In addition to the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, there were 6 other panelists from academics, professionals, and community leaders. One of them is the Chancellor of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (UNTIRTA), Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Fatah Sulaiman, ST, MT

The first debate was entitled “Improving Community Welfare and Accelerating Sustainable Development in Banten Province” with the theme of equality, human resource development, economy, and health. The panelists were assigned by the Banten KPUD to be a team that formulated questions to be answered by the candidates later. “All questions lead to an exploration of the conditions of Banten today, and what the candidates will do in the future,” said dr. Taufiq. In addition to his capacity as Dean of the Faculty of Medicine UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, dr. Taufiq is also experienced as a resource person in various national agendas, including election issues. In addition, dr. Taufiq also has expertise in the fields of health, education, and human resources.
